Deviceuticals are medical devices which are presented in a pharmaceutical form such as an injection, gel, or even as a tablet. As in all other medical devices, deviceuticals do not cause any pharmacological or biochemical effect but act primarily in a physical way. They are used for medical purposes on human patients and in the clinical environment, for example in diagnosis, therapy or surgery.
